If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:
Used cleaning tools
Items damaged by misuse
Personalized or custom packaging items
Final sale items

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
