Returns & Refunds Policy
At FixNext Home and Pet, we want you to feel confident trying our everyday problem-solving products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent to us without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used cleaning tools or consumable products
- Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Personalized or custom-packaged items
- Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is caused by our mistake (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
